McLean County Farm Bureau is pleased to announce Anna Ziegler has been hired as Manager effective September 3, 2024.

Ziegler had served as McLean County Farm Bureau Assistant Manager since September 2010, before being named interim Manager when previous manager, Mike Swartz, left the organization for a new role with Midwest Food Bank in August 2024.

As Assistant Manager, Ziegler facilitated programs to serve members, managed communications, engaged with elected officials, worked with committees and budgets, and coordinated Foundation fundraising efforts for scholarship and grant programs. In her new role, she will oversee operations of the McLean County Farm Bureau and Foundation, provide financial management and administer the strategic goals of the organization.

Ziegler holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Communications from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She is a graduate of the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Program, class of 2018 and completed the Leadership McLean County program in 2012. Anna was a 20 Under 40, McLean County honoree in 2018 and recognized as an Emerging Leader in Agriculture by the McLean County Chamber of Commerce in 2015.
