Bustos: Passing 2023 farm bill ‘requires compromise’

Over five terms, Cheri Bustos evolved into a top stalwart of ag policy, championing legislation to expand the use of biofuels and helping draft two farm bills. Now, about two months after her last day in office, she’s reflecting on her experience and offering-up some advice to the 52 House Ag Committee members who are set to craft the 2023 farm bill.
