McLean County Farm Bureau board members participated in grassroots policy development and discussed issues as delegates to the Illinois Farm Bureau Annual Meeting Dec. 4-7.
The Illinois Farm Bureau body of delegates approved changes and updates to policy including energy, crop insurance and conservation programs.
Language proposed by McLean County Farm Bureau about the development of carbon markets was also adopted.
