McLean County Farm Bureau is launching a Golden Farmer Recognition program aimed at honoring farmers who have farmed and/or owned farmland in McLean County for 50 years or longer.

The program seeks to recognize farmers for their hard work and longevity in a challenging industry while also preserving some local farm history.

Eligible farmers can nominate themselves or be nominated by a family member, neighbor or community member.
